RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your i Forever Young products, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@iforeveryoung.com with your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. We'll send you a return label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Due to the unique nature of handmade products, we ask that you carefully inspect and consider your purchase before making a return. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email for further instructions. Please note, due to the uniqueness of each handmade item, an exact replacement may not be possible.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess and rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
